What are your opening times?
A: We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am until 4:30 pm on Sundays, however concessions on site may have different opening hours. Subject to seasonal change.
Do you have a Facebook page?
A: Yes, follow us here to keep up-to-date with everything going on at Carr Farm Garden Centre.
How do I find you?
A: We are located on the Wirral, just outside the town of Meols along Birkenhead road (A553). For a map and directions, follow this link.
Do you have free car parking?
A: Yes. We have approximatly 300 car parking spaces which are available free of charge for an unlimited stay time (during opening hours). Disabled spaces are also available, located near to one of the entrances.
Do you have a delivery service?
A: Yes, we deliver Monday to Thursday 9am - 1pm for the Wirral and all day Saturday on request.. We now also deliver to all of mainland UK on larger deliveries such as Garden Furniture. Email us for more information.
Do you have a coffee shop?
A: Plaisance Restaurant and Coffee Shop has a wide variety of main meals, snacks and sweets. We now also have a delicatessen in our Craft Courtyard.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
A: Carr Farm Vouchers are available in any denomination, we also offer HTA National Garden Gift Tokens in £5, £10 and £25 denominations.
Where can I use your vouchers?
A: Carr Farm vouchers can be used in the main garden centre. National Garden Gift Tokens can be used at almost 2,000 garden retailers across the UK.
What is your refunds policy?
A: We do not give cash refunds. However we will be happy to exchange or issue a credit note for any items you are not completely satisfied with, which are returned in saleable condition. Within 14 days of purchase. (7 days for seasonal products, at managers disctretion).
Do you have a sale?
A: We do not have a rigid sale date, however you'll be able to find promotional offers in-store for the majority of the year.
How do I apply for a job?
A: Either email us your cv, a bit about yourself and what you're looking for, or drop a letter off at the tills which will be passed onto the relevant manager.
What are you doing in the local community?
A: We have ongoing projects helping the local community. Each Christmas we source a large Christmas Tree for the Hoylake Cottage Hospital as well as ongoing work with other charities and schools.
What are you doing to go green?
A: All of carrier bags are made from bio-degrable materials. We also recycle all cardboard and large plant trays. We stock British, locally grown plants and much more.
Do you sell what i'm looking for?
A: If you can't find what you're looking for anywhere on our website, then email us and we'll try our best to trace it for you, even if it is not currently in stock.
Can I buy any of your products online?
A: Yes, our Garden Furniture, Barbecues, Conservatory Furniture and selected accessories are now available on our online store. Alternatively, call us on 0151 632 1457.
Can I pay for telephone orders with cash?
A: Unfortunatly we can only accept card payments over the phone for security reasons.
Do you have Baby changing facilities?
A: These are currently located in our disabled toilets.
What disabled facilities are there?
A: We have disabled toilets, a wheelchair available for customer use by request and we are located on one level with ramps throughout.
